Clay frescoes are painted with the real soil enriched with the grounded mineral pigments, iron and copper ores. During the painting process the bas-relief layer of strokes is exposed to the moisture, drying and oiling processes, seeking to re-create natural earthly surfaces and their color, structural diversity and spiritual connection with the homeland, having in mind also the Lithuanian identity.
